Data Deletion

In Aref open Connect, then press Disconnect next to the Facebook Page, Instagram account, WhatsApp number, Telegram bot or TikTok account. We stop receiving its messages and delete its access tokens immediately, and remove Aref’s permission from the Facebook or TikTok account that connected it when no other live channel uses it.

To remove Aref from Facebook: Facebook Settings → Business Integrations → Aref → Remove. For Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions → Aref → Remove access.

Email info@aref.ai from the account’s email address with the subject “Delete my data” and the workspace name. We confirm the request, then delete the account, conversations, contacts, knowledge and connected tokens within 30 days; backups are overwritten within 14 days after that.

Ask that business to delete your conversation, or email info@aref.ai with the page or number you messaged and your name or phone number; we will help the business delete it.
