Terms of Service

Aref provides an AI agent and team inbox that answers a business’s customers on connected channels using the information the business provides, plus related tools (automations, bookings, payments, campaigns, analytics). Features depend on the plan and add-ons purchased.

You must give accurate information, keep your password safe, and are responsible for activity under your workspace. You must be authorized to bind the business you register.

You own the content you upload and your customers’ conversations. You grant Aref the rights needed to host and process them to provide the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to message your customers (including WhatsApp template messages and campaigns) and for the accuracy of the knowledge you give the agent. The agent answers from your information; review its settings and replies.

Do not use Aref for spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, illegal, harmful, deceptive or discriminatory content, to infringe others’ rights, or to break the rules of Meta, WhatsApp, Telegram, TikTok, Google or any connected platform. Do not attempt to access other workspaces or disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans and add-ons are billed in advance for the period shown at checkout and activate only after payment is confirmed. Message allowances reset each calendar month; when they run out the AI agent pauses and your team can keep replying. Unpaid subscriptions enter a 7-day grace period and are then suspended. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires.

Channels and integrations are provided by third parties under their own terms. Their availability, policies or approval decisions are outside our control.

AI-generated replies can be wrong. Aref is designed not to invent transactional facts, but you remain responsible for the replies sent on your behalf and should hand sensitive cases to your team.

We work to keep Aref available and secure but provide it “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the extent the law allows, Aref is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.

You can cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms. After termination your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
